The StoryBrand Guide Podcast Launches with Annie Figenshu and Tyler Pigott

Annie Figenshu, Owner of Downstage Media and StoryBrand Certified Guide, has launched The StoryBrand Guide Podcast alongside co-host Tyler Pigott. The podcast is designed to help StoryBrand Guides learn from one another by sharing real-world examples of how they are using StoryBrand resources, frameworks, and tools to grow their businesses.

The podcast grew from an idea Annie brought to the StoryBrand team last summer after years of facilitating workshops, onboarding Guides, and supporting members of the StoryBrand community.

“StoryBrand has built incredible resources for Guides, but many people weren’t sure how to incorporate those resources into their businesses,” said Figenshu. “When Guides can’t see a clear path from a resource to revenue, it becomes harder to experience the full value of certification. I wanted to create a place where Guides could learn directly from other Guides who had already figured out how to put these tools to work.”

The idea became an internal StoryBrand pilot program called What Does This Make Possible? The program focused on a simple question: when StoryBrand releases a new resource, what does that make possible for a Guide’s business? Through a series of Zoom-based conversations, Guides shared how they were using StoryBrand resources to attract clients, create offers, generate revenue, and expand their services.

The concept later expanded beyond Zoom and became a live session at the Coach Builder Summit in Nashville. During the event, Guides shared practical examples of how they were turning StoryBrand resources that were launched a day before into workshops, speaking engagements, consulting projects, and recurring revenue opportunities.

Today, that original concept has evolved into The StoryBrand Guide Podcast, making those conversations available to a wider audience through Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and soon YouTube.

Each episode will feature StoryBrand Guides sharing how they are using certification resources inside their businesses. Topics will include workshops, speaking engagements, consulting offers, recurring revenue models, partnerships, and practical implementation strategies. The show will also answer questions submitted by members of the StoryBrand Guide community.

According to Annie, the mission behind the podcast remains unchanged from the original pilot program.

“We want to help Guides get more value from their certification,” said Figenshu. “There are Guides in this community making their renewal fee back in a week. We want to find those people, learn what they’re doing, and share those ideas with the rest of the community. If we can help shorten the learning curve, everybody wins.”

Pigott said the goal is to amplify the kinds of conversations StoryBrand Certified Guides are already having with one another. By sharing examples of what’s working, Guides can take ideas, adapt them to their own businesses, and serve clients more effectively.

The StoryBrand Guide Podcast is available now on Apple Podcasts and Spotify, with YouTube distribution planned in the coming months.

Annie Figenshu leads a What Does This Make Possible? session for StoryBrand Guides at the Coach Builder Retreat in Nashville.

Before it became The StoryBrand Guide Podcast, What Does This Make Possible? brought StoryBrand Guides together to share practical ways to turn StoryBrand resources into client work and revenue.
